Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The home is located in a relatively new neighborhood called Sunrise Terrace. The neighborhood is predominantly residential, with a mix of single-family homes and townhouses. Sunrise Terrace is located in a convenient location, close to shopping, dining, and recreation. The neighborhood is also close to Interstate 95, making it easy to commute to other parts of Florida.

You can get around by car, bike, or on foot.

There's currently construction going on at the house next door, unfortunately we don't have control over that.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Here are some additional tips:
-If you enjoy being outdoors, take advantage of the many parks and trails in the area. Sunrise Terrace Park, Vero Beach City Park, and Jaycee Park are all great places to go for a walk, run, or bike ride.
-If you like to shop, be sure to check out the Vero Beach Plaza and Indian River Mall. These shopping centers offer a variety of stores, including national chains and local boutiques.
-If you enjoy eating out, there are many restaurants to choose from in the Sunrise Terrace area. The Grill on 14th, Vero Beach Yacht Club, and The Tides are all popular restaurants in the area.
-If you are looking for recreational activities, there are several options available, including swimming, tennis, golf, and racing. Vero Beach Municipal Beach, Vero Beach Country Club, and Indian River County Fairgrounds are all located near the Sunrise Terrace neighborhood.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.

If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 5 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
