Cozy 1-bedroom in the heart of Historic Downtown Chillicothe
This beautiful, recently renovated loft is in the heart of historic downtown Chillicothe. Built in the 1840's, this space features soaring 11â ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen and private parking. You will have the entire space to yourself and be within walking distance to all downtown has to offer; shopping, breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and beautiful Yoctangee Park. You will be steps away from the historic Majestic Theater as well as a downtown trolley stop. Please note, the loft is located on the second floor, the stairs are a bit steep and for this reason, we do not recommended our space for the elderly or small children.

I was born and raised in Chillicothe. I enjoy painting, playing pickleball and hiking the numerous trails in the Ross County area. I also enjoy traveling, my favorite destination is Casey Key Florida.

Excited to be right in the heart of Downtown Chillicothe. We are located within steps of the historic Majestic Theater, a few blocks from our gorgeous Yoctangee Park and just a few miles from numerous area hiking trails.

Our loft is in a beautiful, recently renovated 1800s building featuring a total of two rental units and a popular antique shop.
