• I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. Our home offers a self check-in/check-out process. You'll receive detailed instructions five days before your arrival, and on the night before your departure.

• We'll provide a link to our House Manual with Parking Information. There are also helpful notes posted throughout the home for your convenience.

You'll love being just steps away from DC's best neighborhood BBQ, DC Smokehouse, some of the city's best gourmet coffee shops, Big Bear Cafe, and a variety of trendy restaurants to suit every taste. Plus, Harris Teeter is just a 10-min drive, so you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. And if you're up for some adventure, the lively U Street nightlife scene is just a quick 5 minute stroll away. We're thrilled to share this amazing neighborhood with you!

• This is our primary home. We've locked some rooms, doors, and drawers to secure our personal belongings, but the rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

• We take great pride in keeping our home sparkling clean, and we appreciate your help maintaining that standard during your stay. Your contribution makes all the difference in offering a top-notch home-sharing experience for everyone. Thank you!

• Located in a mixed-use zone with quick access to bars, restaurants, and DC attractions. Street may be busy/noisy from time to time.
• Guests within a 50-mile radius of DC must message us before booking.

• Pets are not permitted.

• No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors limited to one or two close friends or family members.

• Quiet hours are in effect from 10PM to 8AM every day.

• Loud speakers are not allowed for playing loud music at any time.

• Shoes are not permitted inside the house.

• No smoking allowed, with a violation fee of $300 per night.

• Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night.

• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour.

• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of cleaning.

• Communicate only on the booking platform.
