You’ll also be a short walk from Davis’s local breweries, restaurants, shops, and the grocery store—everything is within a 10-minute stroll.

Canaan Valley is known for its scenic views, abundant outdoor activities, and nearby Blackwater Falls State Park, where you can enjoy hiking trails and stunning waterfalls. It’s also a great area for stargazing due to its dark skies.

Our dog-friendly condo ensures your pup can come along (just let us know in advance). This was a very clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay with loads of nearby outdoor activities to enjoy. The walls are a bit on the thin so if you have louder neighbors above/next to you it can be somewhat noisy. However, my husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and were mainly out and about exploring so weren’t too bothered by it. We would certainly consider booking again.

Great location walking distance to restaurants and bars. Clean and well kept space. Really appreciated the king size bed. Only issue for us was when the folks renting the upstairs unit arrived on our second night. There is very little muffling the sounds from upstairs, so you hear everything fairly clearly. This was challenging given the upstairs group was a family of four with an infant and toddler. Not a massive issue as we were hiking during the day, out at night, and our dog is really chill about noise. But something to be aware of if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

Amazing Place

This property was clean, the bed was comfortable and was convenient to the attractions in the area! Added bonus is it allowed our fur baby to be with us. We would definitely recommend if visiting Blackwater Falls, Canaan or the Davis/Thomas area.

Comfortable and convenient

This condo is very comfortable! It is modern, nicely furnished, and everything seems to be new! The place was very clean; parking was right outside the door. The town is minutes away on foot; skiing is a ten-minute drive away.I'll go back next time I'm in the area!
