Summary:
A 3-bedroom end-unit with a view that will take your breath away!
The Space:
A three bedroom condo end unit with a view that will take your breath away! The entry is on the top level which includes the updated kitchen with oak cabinetry and wood floors in the entry and kitchen. The open kitchen looks past the dining area with a large pine table, to the living room area with a glass enclosed wood-burning river rock fireplace, dark brown suede leather sectional sofa and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The lake is only about 20 yards from the deck so you can see the waves lapping the shore. The living room has been fully redecorated with light camel-colored carpets, all new furniture and a new flat screen TV.
The second level hosts the master suite and bath with a king bed, a breathtaking view of the lake and a private deck. There is a full bath in the central hall and a good-sized second bedroom with a flat screen TV. On the third level is the third bedroom and bath. It also has a beautiful view of the lake and a private deck. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds.
The property has one mile pathway along the lake edge, two small beaches, 7 tennis courts, a pool and sauna, two boat dock (and a dock boy in the summer) and buoys for rent for an additional charge. When you open the door the party begins!

Chinquapin is a private, gated community consisting of 95-wooded acres along a mile of Lake Tahoeâs pristine shoreline. Secluded coves, sandy beaches, towering evergreens, and natural wildflowers reflect in the crystal clarity of Lake Tahoe, creating one of natureâs most awe-inspiring sights. Chinquapin's amenities include saunas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a mile-long lakefront path, two piers, and more.

The Chinquapin Rental Office is open 7 days a week to help with anything you need during your stay, We also have an on-site maintenance crew and 24/7 assistance available for emergencies.
