Welcome to our inviting & Spacious vacation home located @Windsor at westside Resort in Kissimmee, FL. Our 8 bedroom 6 bath has a built in Private pool and Spa with a lanai screened large private patio and fully stocked kitchen. Also 2 main level with 2 themed children bedrooms, game room with pool table, foosball table, & air hockey.

Community Amenities: Large swimming pool, Tiki bar, water slides, arcade, game room, Lazy river, Tennis, Basketball, and Volley Ball Courts .

Living Room. Plenty of space to mingle and lounge.

The home included washer and dryer.

Safety. Our home is located in a secure, gated resort style community. The home is equipped with ring video door bell, with digital keypad door locks.

The BEDROOM SUITE BREAKDOWN:

1.FIRST FLOOR: Master King Suite with full en-suite bathroom featuring shower, soaking tub, double vanity and access to the patio
2. FIRST FLOOR King Suite with full bathroom right outside bedroom door

4. SECOND FLOOR- King Suite with full en suite full bathroom

Guest access
Guess have access to the entire home. Our guest have complimentary access to the Windsor at Westside Resort club located five minutes walk away. The resort is a recreational facility with a graded entry pool, lazy river, whirlpool spa, waterpark, free arcade, fitness center, playground, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. Also tiki bar, restaurant and lounge, fishing pier, outdoor fireplace and private cabanas.
Other things to note
There is no garage parking available only driveway parking, additional street parking are first come first serve.

*The POOL & SPA heat is NOT included*

***Guest must take appropriate measures to prevent access to the the pool if an individual cannot swim, especially children. Guest must use door locks and the pool safety fence.

If you would like the pool $ spa heated there is a non-refundable fee of $40 per day (plus taxes and fees) for pool and spa heater to be turned on. Pool & spa heat must be for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in.

***Pool water may take up to 24 hours to fully heat up. The SPA will not get warm if the pool and spa heat is not purchased.

***BBQ grill there is a $60 plus tax (13.5%) to use it. The fee covers the cost to use and clean the grill only, it does not include a propane tank. You may trade in propane tank for a full one or use any left over.
