About this space
Beautiful and spacious, Casa Corselli provides a tranquil beach front retreat in the heart of Aposentillo. Stay here and enjoy all the rustic charm that northern Nicaragua has to offer. The beach a mere few steps away from your porch has waves for all levels. Walk five minutes up the beach and youâre at the infamous waves of the Boom. Unwind from a day of surf and sun in the comfortable hammocks provided on the back porch and take in the ocean view.
The space
Casa Corselli is also equipped with a beautiful indoor atrium which provides the perfect place to take in some mid morning light and lets the breeze cool the house in the afternoon. The modern inspired house offers a number of amenities including AC in all bedrooms, hot water, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen, large size fridge, and caretaker on site. The house offers 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10. This includes 2 master bedrooms, one equipped with a king size bed and the other a queen. The two guest rooms each contain a single and a double bed. Each room contains its own private bathroom and walk in closet.

With the world famous Boom beach break right out your back door, the surfers of the group will have the time of their lives. For the beginners and intermediate surfers there are many options; North of the boom and directly behind the house are less advanced waves, and a 20 min walk takes you to a sheltered bay for those looking for something less intense when the swell gets big. There are many other waves within a 15 minute drive and with the very affordable boat rentals you'll often find yourself surfing completely alone. The area also has horseback riding tours, stand up paddle board tours, volcano hikes, and much more.
