The Alpine AprĂšs - Hot Tub, Sauna, and Pool Table!
Relax and unwind in the heart of Blue in our three storey semi-detached chalet, minutes to Blue Mountain Ski Resort! This home is designed for the comfort and relaxation of up to 16 guests, enhanced with amenities such as the pool table, foosball, darts, and a private hot tub and fire pit. This chalet is in the Tyrolean village, an area ideal for groups to enjoy the four season activities Blue has to offer.
The living area and kitchen are on the top floor, where you can aprĂšs among the cozy decor. The living area is furnished with a large sectional couch facing the smart TV with cable and gas fireplace. Thereâs also a foosball table for evening game nights.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, allowing everyone to gather on nights youâre not dining at one of Blueâs local restaurants! All you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters! The deck is complete with a gas grill and picnic table, perfect for a Summer cookout!
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 6 bedrooms in this chalet. On the middle floor, there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds. In the basement, there are 3 more bedrooms. One has a queen bed, one has a queen over queen bunk bed and the last has a single over double bunk bed.
There are 2 full washrooms in this home, both on the middle floor. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use in the second bathroom.
Additional amenities
The basement features a games room, complete with a pool table, dart board, and TV. There is also a sauna on the second floor for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, thereâs plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away.
-Parking is available in front of the home for 4 vehicles maximum (By-law enforced). Free additional parking information can be provided upon request.
-The hot tub is available for use between the hours of 7am-11pm (By-law enforced)
-The backyard is not fenced. As this is a semi-detached chalet, you may see guests of the neighbouring property in the outdoor areas. The deck, hot tub, and fire pit are all private to this unit.
-This home will consider pets on a case-by-case basis. If youâd like to bring your furry friend, send us a message with the size/breed of your pet!

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Townâs Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renterâs damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
