Welcome to our Cozy Ocean View Family Home! Immerse yourself in the warmth of our 3BR/3.5BT water-view home, nestled at the base of Federal Way in a serene and welcoming neighborhood.
Situated in a quiet enclave, our home offers easy access to freeways and is conveniently located near hiking trails, golf courses, shopping centers, and parks. Explore nearby attractions:
âą Dash Point State Park â Enjoy hiking, picnicking, and beach access.
âą Federal Way Community Center â Offers a pool, fitness center, and walking trails.
âą Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club â A beautiful private golf course.

No parties or smoking are allowed on the premises. Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please use the backyard. A $300 fee plus extra cleaning fee will be charged for violations of this policy, which may also result in immediate eviction and cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
