This cabin is located minutes north of Hochatown, OK in a peaceful corner of the forest and has immediate access to the area ATV off-road trails. Truly designed for endless entertainment and relaxation featuring a heated pool and oversized hot tub inviting you to unwind year-round. The cabin has a circular driveway with abundant parking and additional space for recreational trailers.

Gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars or challenge your loved ones to a friendly game of cornhole, bocce ball (coming soon), or shuffleboard. The cabin is equipped with 65” 4K Smart TVs in virtually every room, as well as a karaoke machine, ensuring that fun-filled nights of music and laughter are just a song away. With a selection of board and card games available, Cowabunga Cabin is perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends. Embrace the beauty of nature while enjoying modern comforts in this delightful haven.

The beautifully designed open-concept kitchen and dining area is perfect for culinary enthusiasts and social gatherings alike. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary supplies, ensuring that you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining space comfortably accommodates many guests making it ideal for family dinners or entertaining friends.

The living room exudes warmth and comfort, featuring a spacious couch, stylish accent chairs, and ottomans. A cozy fireplace adds to the inviting atmosphere, while the big-screen TV provides entertainment for movie nights or sports events.

Featuring three master bedrooms with ensuites, two conveniently located on the ground floor, all boast a luxurious king-size bed and accent furniture providing additional comfort. All linens, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair driers are thoughtfully provided for your stay.

The third master bedroom awaits upstairs, featuring its own private deck and a desk for those needing to stay connected with work. Mirroring the luxurious amenities of the downstairs suites, including a king-size bed, double vanity sink, and a spacious walk-in shower, ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and rejuvenating experience.

Our spacious “Cowabunkroom” is designed to accommodate families and friends with double-stacked queen-size bunk beds and a full-sized XL trundle bed that provides ample sleeping space. The room features the coziest couch imaginable, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. Engage in friendly competition with the shuffleboard, unleash your inner star with the karaoke machine, or challenge your friends to a classic game on the standup arcade or digital board game system. For further entertainment, a big-screen TV awaits, and direct access to the massive upstairs balcony enhances your experience, offering spectacular views, seating for 10 and a fire table for those cozy evenings under the stars.

The Loft Area serves as an inviting nook, featuring a pullout sleeper sofa and a coffee table that creates a perfect space for casual gatherings. The coffee and wine bar provides the convenience for kickstarting your day with coffee or a glass of wine to watch the sunset on the upstairs decks. An assortment of card and board games provides endless entertainment options for guests of all ages.

Step outside to discover our Outdoor Living spaces, where an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill and mini fridge invites you to enjoy al fresco dining. The outdoor seating surrounding the fireplace and big-screen TV creates a warm atmosphere for evening gatherings. Indulge in the luxury of the oversized hot tub and heated pool, complete with comfortable chairs for sunbathing. A play park (coming soon) is provided for the kiddos as well! For those looking for a bit of friendly competition, face off on the lighted bocce ball/cornhole court.

General Information – A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet along with an iron and ironing board. The outdoor private pool can only be heated from March to October for a fee of $250 per day and must be heated for the entire stay.) Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's front and back entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not exceed maximum occupancy at check-in. Fiber internet with Wi-Fi are available. An EV outlet is also conveniently provided for electric vehicle charging, although guests will need to bring their own charging cord with adaptor.

For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 14 with NO EXCEPTIONS.

Less than 15 minutes from Hochatown, Cowabunga Cabin is ideally located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. Just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown. Access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
