Welcome to your dream mountain getaway, just 10 minutes from the renowned Breckenridge Ski Resort and the charming town of Breckenridge. Nestled amidst a serene, wooded area, our spacious and cozy mountain home invites you to unwind and embrace the natural beauty that surrounds you. Imagine waking up with your family and friends to the crisp mountain air as you sip your morning coffee on the expansive deck, while taking in breathtaking view of the state's most popular 14er, Quandary Peak.
Our home is designed with comfort and warmth in mind, offering ample space for family gatherings or a peaceful getaway with friends. We feel so blessed to be able to live in such a beautiful home within a welcoming community and we desire to allow others to spend time here.

About the space:
You'll be welcomed on the main floor to an inviting high ceiling living room which sets the perfect backdrop for cozy evenings spent together. There is plenty of seating in front of a mounted smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is large and ready for delicious preparations to be made. There's a stove top, oven, French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ample cabinet space, a Nespresso supplied with coffee/creamers, toaster oven/air fryer, blender, and all the essentials. The gorgeous acacia wood dining room table seats 6. There is an outdoor BBQ available as well.

The main floor has a master bedroom with an in-suite bathroom. There is also a full guest bathroom, and guest bedroom with a built-in lap top friendly desk if you need to get some work done.

The lower level is an open layout with a bed, lap top friendly desk and office space, couch, and a TV. A laundry room is attached.

Whether you're an avid skier seeking thrilling slopes or simply wish to explore the breathtaking trails, our location offers unmatched convenience to world-class ski resorts. You will be 15 minutes away from being on the Breckenridge ski resort and minutes away from activities such as snow shoeing, nordic skiing, iceskating, hiking, fishing and water sports, depending on the season and your hearts desires.

It has always been our dream to live in the mountains, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We can experience the true feel of being in the mountains as we're surrounded with the sounds, smells, and the clean air of the Colorado Rockies. We feel a greater sense of relaxation and peace, whether we're working or kicking back at home, compared to any other place we've ever lived. It allows us live in a place of quiet serenity, just far enough away from the festive activity of downtown Breckenridge, the ski resort, Dillon Reservoir, and numerous outdoor activities, yet a close enough to drive to any of these locations within minutes, if we desire. We are on an acre of land so there's only an occasional neighbor driving by. We can sit on our porch and watch the wildlife including squirrels, birds, fox, moose, and deer roaming through the yard. The locals are all so friendly and helpful.
