The view from this property was perfection and the pool area was ideal. It was a great place to relax and unwind with friends and family. Our motto for this girls trip was "Sand Castles & No Hassles" and your house definitely helped us fulfill this!

This was our second time at Recovery Room East and it's become our group's favorite home for our annual trip to Ft Morgan beach. The set up is ideal for a large group and the commercial fridge is a game changer for keeping us fed! See ya next July Recovery Room East!

This was our third stay at this property. It’s starting to show some wear. The deck outside is in bad shape . We had to nail down some that were trip points for the kids. You can see the general wear and tear beginning to happen inside.

Absolute perfection

Overall, our stay was perfect! Beds were comfy and the space was ample for our group. The huge fridge was great and the ice maker saved us a lot of money. Plenty of bathroom space. The deck space, pool and hot tub were great. Being just steps from the beach was the best! We come to Fort Morgan for the beach! No lugging your stuff back and forth! This home was hard to leave. We had a couple of minor issues but nothing that ruined our week! Mr Hatton was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a little early and always responded quickly! My daughter got married on the beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! Such great memories were made!

Fun Family Home

My family and I had a great time. Plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The huge fridge made it easy to store food for the week and the stand alone ice maker is an excellent addition. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the large TV for movie night. It was a fun week!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rec Room East! The amenities were great, the house was clean and roomy, and the property manager Larry was fantastic and accommodating. We would love to stay there again!

Loved it here!

We had a party of 14. Plenty of beds, and bathrooms, kitchen equipment and table space for our full Thanksgiving dinner, and couch space for Iron bowl viewing! Loved the bar and extra ice maker! Easy access to the beach and plenty of parking.

Great Vacation Rental

The beach house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It accommodated our group of 14 very well. We enjoyed having a pool and hot tub in addition to the ocean. Ken was great to work with and addressed any issues/questions in a timely manner. We look forward to staying again!

Fall Break

We had three families enjoy the property. Everything was clean, and comfortable. We loved walking out to the beach and pool right from the property. Larry was great, and welcomed us with a fruit basket. He even brought us cake to enjoy. It wa a wonderful vacation.

We stayed at Recovery Room East for Labor Day weekend 2018. House was extremely accommodating!. Perfect location, especially for families with small children. Access to beach is fantastic. Everyone had a great time! Larry, the property manager was so nice, called us on the second day to see if we needed anything, we needed ice, he delivered two bags of ice! Super nice guy!

Family fun at the Beach at Ft. Morgan

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ft. Morgan. There were 13 of us ranging from 2 yrs old to Grandparents. This was our second year to stay at the Recovery Room. The house was spacious and well furnished as we expected, The pool was especially enjoyed by the kiddos. The manager was great. We were greeted with goody basket and breakfast food so we didn't have to immediately run to grocery store. A+ vacation!

Beach Living

If you want to walk out your back door and and be directly on the beach this is the property for you. Having a pool and hot tub makes it usable any time of day. This property removes you from a slightly busier environment and is very quiet and you don’t have to share your beach spot. We had two large families and in-laws and had enough space to spread out when needed. I definitely recommend this property.

Fun week

The house fit our families needs perfectly. We enjoyed the large dinning table and den area. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The pool was clean and a nice bonus. We enjoyed the lack of crowds on the beach. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of our unit. We did notify the property manager and they addressed the issue promptly.

Our stay was amazing! Larry was an outstanding host. He and his family opened their hearts to us by making us a sign that read “this is our happy place” and made us a lemon pound cake! Larry even brought us trash bags because we forgot to bring them with us. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We couldn’t have had a better time and a better place to get married. Absolutely fantastic!

We had a party of 9 guests (was originally supposed to be 12), and we all had a fantastic time. The house had tons of room and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We never had to leave the house. The pool, hot tub, and beach provided plenty of entertainment. Larry, the property manager, was great and kept in constant contact with us especially since we were there during to major wave of change with the coronavirus outbreak. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! This definitely has gone our favorites list and we hope to visit again!

Family Vacation

Our family takes a vacation together every 2 years. This year we chose to meet in Fort Morgan. There were 15 people for our stay. There was room for everyone to have a bed very comfortably. Kitchen provided plenty of space for cooking with a huge table so we could all eat together. Highlight was the location to the beach. Just steps from a very private beach. Larry, the property manager was great! Check in was a breeze and he was available any time we needed anything. He brought us the famous pound cake and it was great! Would stay here again without hesitation. Already missing our vacation and our home away from home!

Beach Wedding

We rented both sides (Recovery room east and west) and absolutely had a blast. We had our wedding ceremony on the beach at the end of the catwalk. The house had more than enough room for our group. The house was clean and the location was great. We did have a cold front come in the first day so we didn't get to use the pool but it has two hot tubs that were perfect. Larry was my contact for both sides and made it clear that if something was right, he would have it fixed immediately. Great customer service!

Thanksgiving - Family Holiday

Older property but worked well for a group of 11. Great having the beach just outside the door. Loved sitting on our deck watching the Blue Angels practice right over our beach. Some minor maintenance issues: molded shower curtain, broken latch on upstairs slider door, some light bulbs out, ice maker did not work. Suggestions: outside deck needs sanding/refinishing. A hot tub would be great for the cooler months. We were a little surprised that there were NO extras such as coffee filters, spices, extra trash bags, etc - we've typically found these in previous rentals.

We fell in love with the Fort Morgan area during a visit many years ago. We've celebrated family time in the area every year since. We love visiting in the peak of summer, during the fall season, as a family for Thanksgiving or Christmas and during the fresh days of spring. In 2010, we took the plunge and bought Recovery Room West; then we added Recovery Room East to the family in 2016. We hope you enjoy our little piece of beach paradise as much as we do!
