The home space is spacious and cozy. Guests can expect a clean space, equipped with all the amenities that you will need. The space can accommodate up to 3 guests while it consists of one bedroom, open space living-room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and the backyard area,
Warm, welcoming and minimalist, the open-plan living area immediately feels like home, with a comfy sofa, coffee table for drinks and snacks, and a large flat TV for the movie nights.
The chef of your group is sure to enjoy whipping up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Spacious countertops. You can serve the meals at a beautiful dining table. Kitchen amenities include a fridge w/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses and silverware in sufficient quantity.
The bedroom is furnished with comfortable mattresses, perfect to enhance the quality of your sleep. Bedroom has a full size bed while the extra space near the living area is equipped with a single bed with curtain.
Bathroom is stocked with all essentials for maximum comfort and convenience for your stay. This includes enough towels & other essential toiletries.

The entire property is private so consequently you will have the entire home space at your disposal.

★No smoking or you will be charged $300
★No party or you will be charge $400
★If neighbors complaint of party and police is involved, the reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refund
★No eating/drinking on bed or you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning/pest control treatment
★If we found that there was pet during the stay and we were not informed there will be 300$ charge.
★Quite hours from 9pm to 7am
