Inside, youâll be greeted by TWO inviting living roomsâone with gorgeous views of the Bay and Perdido Key State Park, and the other overlooking the canal. The open floor plan keeps everyone connected, with the fully equipped kitchen located between both living areas. The kitchen boasts luxurious granite countertops, a matching granite backsplash, and everything you need to create memorable meals, from a gourmet dinner to a quick beach picnic.
Bedrooms & Comfort
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation, ensuring a restful retreat after a fun day at the beach or by the pool. The master suite features a cozy electric fireplace, a separate lounge area, and a private covered balcony. Itâs your personal sanctuary. Thereâs also a guest bedroom on this floor and two additional rooms on the second floor, offering ample space for all your guests.
Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to enjoy the private heated pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. The grill area is ideal for cooking up your favorite beachside meals, and with the canal just outside, you can even launch your boat or kayak for an afternoon on the water.

We provide a cooler with wheels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway, we provide kayaks! There are also 2 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts available across the street from the house!

Premier Vacation Group focuses only on luxury homes in Perdido Key. Perdido (Lost) Key is a barrier island on the northwestern tip of Florida. The Key is mostly made up of a state park, so it's not overpopulated. You won't find any hotels or an overbuilt beach community in Perdido Key. It's a quieter island that is a close drive to anything you could want to do in the neighboring communities of Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, or Foley. Once you stay in Perdido Key, you'll want to make it your permanent beach destination.

Like our other vacation properties, Premier Vacation Group has teamed up with the owners of Key Lime Cottage to create an amenity-rich environment in this house for spending quality time with the ones you care about the most. A few of the amenities outside include a heated private pool, guest boat parking, ping pong table, bean bag/cornhole boards, adult kayaks, kid kayaks, SUP stand up paddleboard, and beach gear for guest use. On the inside, you will find comfortable beds, high-end appliances and furnishings, and lovely coastal decor for a luxury guest experience.
