Detta nya till hyresmarknaden i 2017 villa ligger i hjärtat av South Beach vid toppen av Sea Pines Plantation. 1697 The Bluffs, en 2BR / 2BA villa, är den perfekta platsen för par eller familjer som vill ha roligt på Hilton Head. Oavsett om du väljer att spendera en dag på stranden - en 3 minuters promenad eller vid poolen - en 2 minuters promenad eller en utflyktsresa från Marina - en 3 minuters promenad, eller lunch, drycker, middag på The Salty Dog Cafe - en 2 minuters promenad kan du parkera din bil under hela din vistelse!

Denna tredje nivå villa har renoverats våren 2017 med nya golv, möbler, färg och badrum. Familjerummet är upprättat för total avkoppling med en sektionsbäddsoffa och öppnar till ett täckt däck som möjliggör en lugn morgon eller kväll med familj eller vänner. Den bekväma matsalen är perfekt för de hemlagade måltiderna, eller ett bra ställe att spela spel och njuta av ditt företag.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett eget badrum med duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet är upprättat med två enkelsängar. Det andra badrummet är av huvudgatan och har en enda fåfänga och dusch över badkaret.
Den genomskinliga soffan i vardagsrummet öppnar till en queen size-sovare för de extra gästerna i denna villa som sover sex.

Denna rena och välskötta villa har en stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare och ett fullt utrustat kök med allt du kan förvänta dig av en välutrustad semesteruthyrning. The Bluffs Villa komplex är inte utrustad med hissar och endast åtkomliga trappor.

Effektiv 23 mars 2019 - 2 september 2019 har Sea Pines Resort meddelat att de inte längre tillåter uthyrningsgäster att parkera på strandklubben eller plantageklubbflödet. I stället har de etablerat ett trollysystem som går direkt från ett bestämt parti till stranden och tillbaka kontinuerligt mellan 9:00 och 17:00. Great Location!

Just a short walk to the beach and Salty Dog Cafe and Shops. Condo was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

I highly recommend Bluff Villas. It’s in a wonderful location. So close to the beach and South Beach Marina with Salty Dog which was very convenient (3 minute walk). This particular villa was very clean and had everything we needed. It is 3rd floor with no elevator so keep that in mind. The mgmt company was wonderful to work with. Great communication, would definitely use them again.

Clean Property - Very Pleased

Would definitely stay in this property again. I've stayed in a couple different Bluff Villas with questionable cleanliness and rating accuracy. This was not one of them. The villa was clean, communication with the property management was a breeze. I was very pleased with this property.

Perfect Location

We loved staying here. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Salty Dog and the beach. Both walks were less than 5 mins. The size was perfect for our family and it was very clean.

Summertime week at the beach

Overall property was well appointed . Great location easy access to beach and bike paths . Salty dog cafe easy walk . If your there during the fourth no need to get mixed up in harbor town traffic perfect view of the fireworks at the beach across the street !

Perfect Location & Condo

Have stayed here two years in a row and highly recommend. The condo is clean and exactly as advertised. It is a very short walk to South Beach and across the street from pedestrian beach access. Will definitely stay here again when we return to HHI!

Perfect Location

We staid here over fall break with our 12 and 9 yr old children. It was the perfect location for us! We had a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Salty Dog and shops. A grocery store was a short drive at the entrance of sea pines. Everything was very clean and taken care of, great property!

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay. Clean and it has anything you need. Loved how close to the beach it is and how it is not crowded at all. The communication with the property company was great and if i had any questions, they answered promptly. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location!

Wonderful location in the heart of South Beach! Tennis, pickleball, pool, and beach all within a short bike, or a walk. And of course dining/shopping at Salty Dog. Very clean, spacious master bedroom - all amenities provided. Hope to stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!!

First time visitors to HH and this condo, setting and location could not be more perfect for us. Condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Love the proximity to the beach. Very peaceful and gorgeous spot. We’ll definitely visit again!

Beautiful property and accommodations

Our family stayed for three nights and absolutely loved the beach walks, dolphin watching, bike riding, dining, sunset sailboat cruise and shopping! Far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach. We'll be back!

Pre-summer vacation!

Great location. The bed and couch were a little worn. Not dirty, just a little uncomfortable due to wear. There was a high middle area of the mattress, again due to wear. Overall, it was as advertised. Very clean - which is very important to us. We liked the view from the 3rd floor, just didn't like the stair climb during the move in/move out. However, we would stay there again!

Best location on the island.

Loved the location! We enjoyed being able to walk to Salty Dog and the Calibogue Sound. Got to see starfish and lots of dolphins there. We spent our mornings at the Sea Pines Beach Club and then afternoons at the Sound. Our unit was perfect for our family of 5. Would stay here again!

The Bluffs

The accommodations were terrific. It was clean, we had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for us. It was very close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Our property manager was great to work with. We loved it and hope to go back.

Summer Vacation Before School

Great condo and great location. We always stay in South Beach for the connivence of walking to the beach and the Salty Dog. We have 6 and 2 year old boys and they always love Sea Pines. The trolley stop was just a quick walk from the condo.

Amazing location

Property was nice. Location exactly as described - 3 min walk to beach, pool & is play ground. We have a 3 & 4 y.o. and both were able to easily walk w-o stroller. Only surprise was no towels at the pool so bring your own. Property had everything as described and parking was not an issue.
