A property that under promises and over delivers

This property had some interesting reviews and images showcasing the features and amenities. We arrived with a little skepticism. Upon Arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how great this home actually was! From the expansive all-wood log cabin beams, to the cozy fireplace, and well-laid-out common and sleeping areas. The kitchen had everything we needed, A nice secluded neighborhood, Well-functioning hot tub and more. The living area was cozy and connected to the dining and kitchen areas making for good conversation whether someone was relaxing or cooking. The bedrooms are arranged nicely. And we were surprised to find a ping pong table in the garage! I'd definitely recommend this property, and I hope we get the chance to stay here again in the future.

Pretty good

The property was beautiful and appeared well maintained. What was odd was the weird things that it lacked. It had no condiments, hardly any coffee and what there was was in two unlabeled ziplock bags. Those were in fact the only ziplock bags in the house. So when i cooked and had leftovers, it was odd figuring out how to store them. There was also no cooking spray at all in the house, hardly any towels, and the hot tub worked for about 15 minutes before it quit and didnt work at all for the remainder of our trip. There were also no real great blankets which was surprising as the main seating is leather. The grill was also inaccessible in the garage which to me probably means its not ready to be brought out for the spring/summer. I may stay again as it was reasonable price wise. Although there were lots of "mystery fees." And when i tried to look at my receipt it was suspiciously "unavailable."

Lake Fork Lodge Perfect Place to Stay

I rented this beautiful home for my family for the weekend. Everything was in working order and a very comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Cabin

We stay in places all over the country and I must say Lake Fork Lodge is one of the nicest we have stayed in. We used the hot tub a lot and the wood stove was very nice with all of the snow outside. Even the tv was easy to work and that never happens for us. I would highly recommend this cabin it is close to town and the mountains. The neighbors are acres away. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful, private location!

This beautiful log home, in a more quiet area, accommodated us easily. We really enjoyed the comforts offered for our 2-night stay. The hot tub and wood stove were definitely highlights! We'd love to stay here again and bring the whole family!

Great place

Beautiful home and very clean. All the kitchen items you can ask for. Small amount of firewood so be sure to bring some if you plan to use the fireplace. Definitely stay again.

Pretty cabin, poor maintenance

The cabin is pretty but unfortunately we had a negative experience from the start. The entrance code they gave us did not open the door so I had to call in for instructions on getting the key from the lock box. Then the wifi password written on the sheet was incorrect, had to make another phone call to get the right one. Once we started getting situated we noticed dozens of dead flies all throughout the cabin floor and on one of the beds and shower. There were also many live flies flying around all the time. They should have several fly stripes out to hell with this problem. Some of the covers also smelled dirty. This was unfortunate because the cabin itself is beautiful and kitchen is well equipped

McCall get-a-way

We loved the house, property and spa. We needed to call management two times about spa and master bath shower but both times it was not knowing how to use rather that anything wrong. We received quick responses and help on both occasions. I think some specific written instructions would be helpful. Only negative comment, I think pots are reaching replacement time.

Peaceful retreat

Very clean, comfortable, spacious property. Location is incredible, if you’re looking for some peace and quiet yet still close to be in town and at the lake within 15 min. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

Gorgeous log cabin

My family of three spent a relaxing 3 days at this lovely log cabin. Google maps makes it easy to find and it’s just a few minutes to downtown McCall. The cabin is in a neighborhood, but with large lots. The emailed code makes for easy, keyless access. There is ample parking and room for your trailer and toys. The hot tub is just outside of the master bedroom but does face the front road. Some kind of privacy screen, whether lattice or shrubs/trees would be nice. I would recommend bringing a grill brush if you plan on grilling and picking up some wood for the wood stove. The beds are comfortable and plenty. My favorite part of this cabin was the beautiful staircase. There were some housekeeping issues, but nothing that can’t be easily fixed.
