A fisher's haven, the Angler's Suite is your basecamp for year-round exploring in Canal Flats & surrounding Columbia Valley. This quaint,
fully equipped 2 bed/1 bath condo is only minutes away from Tilley Memorial Park's beach - one of the hidden secrets of Columbia Lake. There are endless fishing opportunities, hiking trails and mountain climbing in every direction. The hockey, curling rink, dining options and the family pantry are just down the street, within easy walking distance.

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to a general parking area in front of the building for up to two (2) vehicles. There is plenty of street parking available if needed.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Canal Flats is a perfect destination for the outdoor lover. Offering some of Canada's best golf courses all within a 40-minute drive. The town is also known for its fishing, ATV trails with some of the most breathtaking terrain, birdwatching, river rafting, mountain climbing and bike trails. Canal Flats also has one of the most beautiful beaches the Columbia Valley has to offer. Tilley Memorial Park is equipped with its own boat ramp, picnic tables and public washrooms with wheelchair access. Just a short drive away you will find the the Lussier Natural Hot Springs at the Whiteswan Provincial Park. Canal Flats is also home to the Canal Flats arena which is home to many minor hockey and figure skating associations and is open for public skating. If you are visiting in the summer you will also find Canal Flats to be a great location for the ski lovers in your life with Fairmont Ski Hill located only 15 minutes away you will also be within a 40-minute drive of both Panorama and Kimberley.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property. Any sign of a pet will result in a $200 fee.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please note that garbage removal is not included at this property, and garbage will need to be taken to the nearest refuse station upon check-out to avoid a $50 removal fee.

Great stay - just a couple of items that would make the stay perfect.A couple of lamps would be great in the living area, so the cold over head lighting doesn't have to be used in the evening.A small mirror in the second bedroom, so a person could get ready without having to use the bathroom.
