Welcome to A Beary Happy Place, a charming retreat in the desirable Upper Canyon. Experience peace and tranquility surrounded by tall pines and abundant wildlife, just 5 minutes from Midtown. Enjoy the huge covered back deck, A/C, and all the comforts of home in this fully updated property. Your nightly rate includes damage protection and access to our services, ensuring peace of mind. We`re always available whenever you need us!

-Prime Location: Nestled in the desirable Upper Canyon, just 5 minutes to Midtown. Walk to trails. Minutes from Grindstone Lake, and area attractions.
-Tranquil Setting: Surrounded by tall pines and abundant wildlife, offering peace and quiet, with mountain and canyon views.
-Outdoor Bliss: Huge covered back deck with seating and propane gas grill.
-Interior Comfort: Central heat and A/C, wood burning stove, genuine wood floors, and log beams.
-Fully Equipped Kitchen: New stainless steel appliances, deep sink, drip coffee maker, serving bar with seating for 4.
-Entertainment Ready: TVs in living room and all bedrooms with cable and Netflix, big screen TV in living area, and a dartboard in the upstairs loft.
-Primary Suite: King size bed, private bath with walk-in shower and jetted tub, large windows, TV and plenty of storage.
-Guest Bedrooms: One with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, both with TVs, ceiling fans, closets and tree-top views.

DIRECTIONS AND CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: For guest privacy, physical addresses are provided only after booking and confirmation are complete.
ACCESSING THE HOUSE: The driveway is paved with a slight decline and offers parking for up to 3 vehicles. There is one step up to the front porch; entry is through the front door. Door codes are provided within 24 hours of arrival. Guests have full access to the home except for any locked doors reserved for owner access only.

While Ruidoso and Alto have some hilly and mountainous areas, they are generally easy to navigate year-round. During winter, guests should have 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in case of major snowstorms. For extended stays, travel insurance is recommended.
