Staying at this location made our trip so nice. We were in the middle of everything, with some of the most magnificent views. The house was cozy and perfect for 6 ladies. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to sit on the patio on sa nice October evening.

We love this house. The open floor plan was perfect for us! I would like this to be MY home! It was clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood yet still very close to all the fun. Well within walking distance to grocery, Walgreens, restaurants and coffee shops. Easy check in/out. Quick communication-questions answered within minutes on most occasions! We had a very small issue (that was our fault) and Silvia was kind, understanding and very easy to work with! We would definitely stay here again as well as recommend this home!

Big home, very clean - lots of room, would be great for a big group. Hot tub was nice and gas fire pit was fun to sit by. Big kitchen made cooking easy.

Really awesome property!

The property was spacious, very clean, yard was beautiful. The “bunk room” and garage game room were fun spaces. Host was very nice and responsive and the property very conveniently located! Very little asked of us at checkout which was nice. We were very happy with our choice to stay here!

The Perfect Location in a Fabulous Home

We absolutely LOVED this house. The location was perfect - it is convenient to everything Sedona has to offer. The decor was mod, sleek, and minimalist. The beds were comfortable and even better, the sheets were very soft - felt like home. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. Wish we had more time to enjoy all the extras. Silvia was attentive and clear in communication. Check in was a breeze. And not having to strip the beds and empty trash cans was a pleasant "extra" hospitality touch. We will be back and can't wait to stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Absolutely loved our stay at this house in Sedona! It was very clean and spacious, had a large open living room-dining-kitchen area, with a cute retro 60s chic vibe to it. All of us thought it was great as soon as we walked through the front door!The house was stocked with all the amenities you would need. Plenty of cookware, utensils, plates, cups. Comfy throw blankets on the sofas. Extra towels and blankets in the linen closet. Loved that the bathrooms had not only a regular fan, but also one with a heating funcion! I'm always so cold getting out of the shower, so this was fantastic!The laundry machines in the garage-turned-rec room were nice and large and clean. Rec room was so cute, too, though we did not use it.Location is great because you could easily walk to places to eat. It was easy to drive out of the neighborhood onto that main highway road because there is a traffic light at the intersection. Other houses for rent that we looked at in the area did not have a light to pull out onto that main road - what a nightmare if you did not have one, especially trying to turn left! And this was a very quiet location, too.The owner Silvia was as nice and sweet as could be. Very helpful and always responded so quickly if I had a question about something. Just a delight to communicate with her.Everything about this house was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
