This spacious 2 story home is walking distance to Gibson Park (winefest / cherry festival), local shops, and fantastic food/drink options. Many wineries within 5 miles and less than 5 miles to Freeport Beach and the North East marina. Twenty minute drive to The Peekân Peak Ski Resort and Golf Course and Erie, PA. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
This is a two story home with 3 bedrooms (all on the second floor). Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a twin/twin bunk bed and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.
There is 1 full bathroom (on the second floor) with a tub and shower.
The living room includes a couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman and Samsung TV with a Roku stick to watch thousands of movies and TV shows available for free. You will have access to YouTube TV, but please be advised that you'll need to log into your own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Dining room has an 6-person table.
Kitchen includes appliances, utensils, cookware, dishes, and some spices.
Outdoor includes a driveway with 2 off-street parking spots, a small patio, picnic table and small yard.
