Condo:
Beläget vid Anchorage II, har denna lägenhet direkt utsikt över havet, poolen och innergården. Med över 1200 kvm rymligt vardagsrum, inkluderar denna lägenhet två sovrum, två badrum, fullt utrustat kök, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och platt-TV, DVD och stereo. Sängkläder inkluderar en king size-säng i sovrummet, två enkelsängar i gästrummet och två luftmadrasser för ytterligare sovande.

The condo är andra våningen med tillgång från två trappor och hissar. Även strandstolar är tillgängliga för gäster, som lagras i klass i en uteslutning nära poolområdet.

Komplex:
Komplexet är centrerat kring en frodig tropisk innergård med en stor utomhuspool och däck. Däcket innehåller solstolar för dig att njuta av en dag runt poolen. Det finns flera ut dörrgrillar som ligger på varje sida av komplexa såväl som uteservering för strandstolar, boogiebrädor och sandleksaker. Nära framsidan av komplexet och intill havet finns det lekpark, minnesmärke, träningsväg, privat gångväg till havet, utomhusduschar och privata strandgazebos för vår gäst att njuta av. Hissar och handikapprampar ligger på varje sida av komplexet och är lättillgängliga. Riklig parkering finns.

Get Away

We Love Anchorage- Would choose a different Condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Anchorage I and II before. We love the size, location, the pool, the easy access to the beach, the cleanliness of the condos, and the list goes on and on. We will always come back to Anchorage however, we would not return to Anchorage II B09. The main reason we would not rent this particular condo again is that the air conditioning clearly had a pre-set temperature so that it would not go below 73 degrees. It was THICK in the condo, to put it politely. This is the first time someone had a preset like this. I am 8 months pregnant, with a toddler, and a husband who has little tolerance for lack of AC. To put it bluntly, it did damper our vacation quite a bit. We understand and appreciate wanting to save money by controlling certain things but this should have been disclosed by the condo owners of B09. If we would have known, we would have chosen a different condo at Anchorage.

Best place I have ever rented!!!

Perfect Family Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as described in the booking (and even better). The location was perfect - a 3 minute walk to the beach with a kid was pure bliss!! Beach chairs, equipment and toys were provided and in good condition. The condo was sparkling clean and sanitized. A fully stocked modern kitchen and all amenities of home made it super easy to avoid crowds and people during a pandemic. About 90% of the units were all families which we were glad of, because we were afraid of college parties. The balcony was probably the best part of the condo - the view from our unit was beautiful. Our family absolutely loved this location (and the unit) and we will be coming back. The booking process, checking in and checking out were all super easy and quick. We had no issues during our stay. Only minor thing was that from the master bedroom, you could hear the noise from the floor above more clearly than from the rest of the unit (not sure why). We have already recommended this property to several friends who have all already stayed and only have good things to say! Can't wait to come back!

Great Vacation

Although The rental unit I had needs some updating: new fridge, floor tile in front of stove broken, 2nd bathroom tub area needs updating, air vents need vacuuming. Family vacation

Reviewer Comments: We usually stay in Anchorage II B08 but through a mix-up that nobody noticed we accidently booked B09 and didn't realize until we arrived and it was too late to switch. B09 was nice but not as nice as B08 and we really missed staying in our normal condo. B09 is in need of some TLC here and there. Some of the chrome fixtures throughout the condo are rusting and the fridge is a bit rusty on the outside (although nice on the inside). The kitchen floor tiles are cracked and move/grind when walked on and the countertop is bubbling in certain places. One of the bathroom towel racks kept falling off the wall. Those issues were minor though and we are grateful that we were still able to vacation especially since Hurricane Florence threaten to take away our vacation altogether! B09 furniture was all in good condition, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. It was still an ok stay for what we paid. There was construction to replace the siding of the entire condo but it didn't bother us and we are happy to see continuous improvements to Anchorage since it has become a special place for our family and we would like to keep returning every year!

Well appointed unit with a great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying in this unit. Overall, we really enjoy the unit. There is one thing we noticed this year that we weren't crazy about. In the 2nd bedroom (with 2 twin beds), there are thick mattress toppers on top of each mattress. The toppers do not stay in place and slide around quite a bit. So much so that one night my 7 year old slid off the side of the bed and bruised/bloodied her lip on the corner of the night stand. An accident for sure, but one that I think could be avoided. We moved the nightstand out of the way and put pillows on the floor to avoid further injury if she slid out again (she did). I just wanted to make the owner aware in case there is an easy fix. Other than that the unit is well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Myrtle Beach Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed to make last minute plans for a Spring Break trip for my 9yo daughter. Fortunately, we found Anchorage II. It was the PERFECT location and condo for us. The photos are spot on. The view is incredible and you can hear the ocean at night from the balcony. Inside there were 2 generously sized bedrooms and a nicely appointed den, eating area and kitchen. We had a great time!! You are immediately across the street from the beach! I would definitely go back again and would recommend anyone visiting Myrtle Beach to consider this property!!
