We have worked hard to ensure the property (our home) is clean, free of allergens, and safe for all guests. We kindly ask our guests to respect our house rules. We ask for non-smoking and pet free guests.
If the house has evidence of smoking/smoke or pets/animals inside the house or on the deck/patio a $250 fee will be assessed. While smoking is only allowed on the driveway, no pets are allowed on any part of the property.
Please keep towels within the property. We know they are soft, absorbent and do a great job... but we really need them for the next guests đ.
