Great area. Meh house.
The location is perfect and there is plenty of room to stretch out in the house. The neighborhood is very safe, active, and quiet in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything you would need to prepare a meal. However, the house needs some serious updates to make it feel anything like a comfortable home:You get 1 thin pillow per sleeper. We bought our own pillows on the second night.This was the most uncomfortable sofa we have ever sat on. Not exaggerating!Nearly 1/4 of the light bulbs were burned out and/or flickering throughout our stay.They removed all of the sink stoppers in the bathrooms. Be careful with your jewelry if you store it on the counter at night!Don't expect any privacy in the primary bedroom. The curtains are shear and barely cover half of the sliding door.The wall to wall tile in the main area is coming up from the foundation. The grout was gross. This place needs new floors and some area rugs. It is loud and echoey! Be advised if you are trying to work while others are staying / playing.The dartboard area had 100's of holes in the drywall! I only comment that here so the owner doesn't point to us.We paid for the transfer membership during our 3 month stay. Its a great club! Be advised that all of your use fees at the club will still be treated as guest rates. In season, this is still the better part of 100 per round of golf: Wasn't expecting that.All in all, we enjoyed the area, but were excited when we got to move on.
