Thank you, Stephen, for sharing your feedback and for noting that you enjoyed the property itself. I’m truly sorry about the pool being closed during your stay. Unfortunately, the pool is operated by the MPOA, and their hours can change due to weather or staffing, which is outside of my control as an owner. I completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially since we provide pool passes for our guests to enjoy this amenity. I’ve already passed along your feedback to the MPOA in hopes they can improve consistency for future guests.

Thank you so much for the kind review and for recommending our home — that truly means a lot to us! We’re so happy to hear your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay and that the grandkids enjoyed the slide (it’s always a favorite 😊). I really appreciate you pointing out the pool table lighting. That’s helpful feedback, and I’m actively looking into installing a light there to make the space even better for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Kim, thank you so much for the kind words — and for being such a thoughtful and respectful guest! I'm thrilled to hear the house worked so well for your group, and I love that the kids had fun with the glow-in-the-dark mini golf balls (definitely one of my favorite touches too!). I really appreciate you letting me know about the glass jar and the helpful feedback — it's that kind of insight that helps me keep improving the experience for future guests. You were a dream to host, and I’d absolutely love to welcome you and your crew back anytime! Cheryl

Thank you so much for sharing this. It truly means a lot to hear that your weekend with your children and grandchildren turned into such a special time together. Cozy movie nights by the fire, kids enjoying the play spaces, and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of snow tubing sound like the perfect mountain weekend. I’m especially glad the little touches around the house helped during the winter storm — I always try to think ahead so guests feel comfortable no matter the weather. You were a pleasure to host, and I’d love to welcome your family back anytime for another memory-making getaway!

Ashley, thank you so much for the kind words! I’m thrilled to hear the house was a hit with both the kids and the adults—always the goal! We love knowing the arcade games, mini golf, and yard brought some fun and the kitchen and hot tub brought the comfort. I really appreciate your shout-out about the quick response—it’s always my priority to make sure things run smoothly, even on a holiday weekend! It was truly a pleasure hosting your group, and you’re welcome back anytime you're headed this way again.
