With the beach and resort surroundings close by, Palm Jumeirah offers a relaxing base for enjoying both the waterfront and the rest of Dubai.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around from Anantara Private Residences is by taxi, Careem, Uber or private car.



• Taxis and ride-hailing services can pick up and drop off directly at the property.

• Atlantis The Palm and Aquaventure are easily reached by car.

• Dubai Marina and JBR are within convenient driving distance.

• For Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the airports, a taxi or private car is usually the most convenient option.

• If you’re driving, Palm Jumeirah connects directly to Dubai’s main road network, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.



Because the Residences are located on the East Crescent, public transport is less direct than in central Dubai, so taxis or ride-hailing services are generally the easiest and most comfortable way to travel.



Other Things to Note:

• Additional mid-stay cleaning and extra requests can be arranged at an extra charge.

• Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and an additional charge.

• Last-minute extensions may incur an additional charge if scheduled cleaning needs to be cancelled or rearranged.

• Please return all access cards in good condition upon check-out. Lost or damaged cards are subject to a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.

• Please note that this is a privately managed holiday home, not a hotel room. The apartment is located within the Residences side of the resort.



Spa facilities



The spa is operated and managed directly by the Hotel and is not managed by Arabnb.



Spa access must be arranged in advance with the Hotel’s Spa Team and is subject to availability and the Hotel’s prevailing access requirements. Additional charges may apply and are payable directly to the Hotel. Guests may visit the hotel reception, who can guide them to the Spa Team and assist with the next steps.
