Regarding the blinds, we intentionally placed them in all private bedroom areas to offer comfort and privacy where it's most important. For the common living spaces, we made a conscious design choice to leave those windows open to natural light. Given the home’s location on a quiet, dead-end road with minimal traffic and only a few neighboring houses, we’ve found that most guests enjoy the openness and connection to the surrounding nature. That said, we understand privacy preferences vary, and we’ll keep your comments in mind as we consider future updates. As for the hot tub, it's situated in a spot that allows guests to enjoy the outdoors, though we recognize that requires briefly stepping outside to reach it. We’ll look into how we can better set expectations about this in our listing. Regarding the payment issue with Apple Pay, we sincerely apologize for any frustration. We were only made aware of the issue after your departure and reached out promptly in accordance with VRBO's policies.
