We enjoyed our stay in this well kept home. The rooms are spacious and the host was great. We would definitely book again!!

House is very dirty, roaches in fridge, spiders everywhere. Cobwebs, blinds are super dirty and stained. And someone lives in the basement, which you can hear everything they do. And there is a door that only has a one way lock on it assuming that’s the basement door. Grill had no gas in the tank, I had to get a tank exchange. kitchen sink leaks, the little bowl almost overflowing, good thing I looked under the sink. Floors are very sticky. And whatever you do don’t bring a black light with you.

Good place for a Decatur trip

Location was good, and the house is cute. Check-in went really smoothly too. We didn’t realize the owners (or someone) would be downstairs though, which is something we feel should be disclosed even with a separate entrance. We heard the laundry machine below the main bedroom pretty early on a Saturday, their dog heard us and barked a few times from downstairs, and there was poop in the yard. We brought our 2.5 year old and had to keep an eye on where she stepped. Not exactly what we expected but otherwise we enjoyed the stay and the area.

Perfect

The house was exactly as advertised. Comfortable stay and close to supermarkets, fast food, gas stations and Wal-Mart. Affordable in comparison to other places advertised which is great! I would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again when in Georgia.

Very Responsive property manager. So-so property.

The property manager was very responsive. I was able to answer all questions for check in and even bought new remotes when the original remotes were missing. on the downside none of the kitchen cabinets had handles on them and they look like they were just freshly painted. There was also an ant problem. the home is very old and could use a remodel. For the price it was nice enough.

Great property, smooth checkin process and communication with property owner. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to ATL. We will stay here again.

Family Christmas gathering

My family enjoyed this space we were able to all come together from different states and met and this nice cozy place. This place sleeps 6 and has more than enough space. We loved the sun room which has a bar set up everything
