Detta Àr en charmig art deco hem byggdes 1915. Fastigheten har nyligen renoverats. Det finns mÄnga pÄhitt av en gammal New England hem samt moderna uppgraderingar som rostfria vitvaror och tvÀtt i det nya badrummet.

Det Àr en rymlig tvÄ sovrum, ett badrum pÄ första vÄningen totalrenoverades med en historisk kÀnsla av en New England hem men med en hel del moderna uppgraderingar. Det finns en queen size-sÀng i sovrummet, tvÄ enkelsÀngar det andra sovrummet, queen size-utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet, en mycket bekvÀm queen size futon i solrummet och vi har ocksÄ en queen size-luftmadrass tillgÀnglig. Den solrummet kan anvÀndas som ett vardagsrum eller frukostplats samt ett privat sovrum. En full storlek matsal vÀrd familj trÀffas. Gamla röda björk och gran golv hela.

Access Àr att hela lÀgenheten med egen ingÄng - du kommer att ha full tillgÄng till kök och badrum aldrig behöva dela den med nÄgon annan. VÀnligen inte fÄ tillgÄng till nÄgon annan del av huset (andra vÄningen, kÀllare, vindsutrymmet). TillgÄng till privat uppfart för parkering utanför gatan för upp till 3 fordon.

Quaint, Clean, Comfortable

This property is clean and very quaint. It is very well kept with all amenities that any group could need. The host was efficient, communicative and available for any of our needs. Location is a short distance to all that Portland has to offer and the house has a library for review of the many things to see and do. If you don’t need to be on the water or downtown to expense this is the place to check out. Highly recommend this property

Wonderful place to stay for portland

This place was amazing, it was just outside the hustle and bustle of Portland, close even to get in the city butt far enough away to relax. It was absolutely spotless and everything was in working order. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of places to eat near by. Had plenty of room inside with wonderful bedrooms and a great bathroom.

Clean and cozy for a group of 7 bachelorette ladies

I stayed here with 6 other girls for a bachelorette party. I’d like to hire whoever they use for cleaning between guests! Very clean, plenty of extra blankets/pillows, bathroom was spacious. Wouldn’t recommend this big of a group unless you’re all comfortable with sleeping next to one another, but overall a great experience. The binder has all the information you’d need for your stay.

Me and my friends flew in to surprise my bestfriend after her engagement and we LOVED our stay. The owners were highly communicative and even let us check in early so we didn’t have to lug our luggage around the city until 4pm !

Great place to stay in Portland

The house was very nice.....spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, and sun room. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath are comfortable. House is clean and well equipped. Location is great....close to everything, but in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Good place for the family.

Our family -- 2 teenagers and 2 adults -- stayed here for the weekend. It was a very nice apartment with plenty of space and a lovely sunroom in back. It was a bit farther out of the old town than we would have liked; but good breakfast places around and overall a great stay.

Holiday Girls Trip

Gals post holiday gathering.. we came in from NC and VT to meet friends and family in Portland. This was exactly the type of property we were looking for. Comfortable and cozy with space to cook dinner and hang out. Owner, Helena, was responsive to any prearrival questions and had other details prepared when we arrived. Kitchen beautifully stocked, plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. We had a lovely stay and absolutely would return and recommend to others.

Family trip to Portland

Quiet, clean, and comfortable accommodation, perfect for a family with 3 kids. The host was very responsive and made us feel welcome. The neighborhood is in a great location just a few minutes from all the important attractions. There are also great food options within walking distance.

Quick Stay in Portland

Great close location to down town area. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The beds were not the most comfy but it was a place to rest our head. The air conditioning was a wonderful bonus for each room. Appreciated the beautiful kitchen and coffee makers! Overall great place and we had a lovely stay!

Our First Trip to Portland

This was our first visit to Portland. Our host was so great to work with and always answered my emails promptly. The apartment was perfect my family's needs (5 of us including 3 adult children). It was clean and tidy and the washer/dryer came in so handy! The sun porch worked perfect as an extra bedroom. The neighbors were also very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
