Very interesting property and probably fits your needs if you came across it. A huge amount of indoor amenities, specifically around displays. The theater room was great, the game room was exciting, and we had plenty of beds. The layout is a bit odd, but that did not really matter and we had a blast.

Best stay ever! Everyone in our family of 16, ages 4 - 66 loved Royale Cinema Retreat! It was entertaining! It was relaxing! It was beautiful! It was spotless! The host was attentive and delightful! Check-in was seamless! We look forward to staying again and again!

We had a great time. Clean place . Only thing i can say was The house had a wierd layout. Shower/bathroom was in the middle of the house and people had to go through the bathroom in order to get to the kitchen. Other then that lovely home. Great time.

Amazing house with incredible amenities

I can’t thank Robert enough for his flexibility and generosity during our stay! Check in and check out were exceptionally easy, and the actual stay itself was better than I could have asked for. This house is amazing and like nowhere else I, or anyone in my group, had ever stayed before; it blew everyone away with its activities and amenities, especially the theater, which was a huge hit! The house slept nine people with ease, and never felt too crowded or busy in any part. I’m so glad I found this listing; we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

This house grows on you. At first, you notice the online photos look exactly like the house but somehow you’re still surprised by what you find. The layout is unique. Sleeping areas are spread throughout the house making use of all areas. We had 16 people, 10 adults and 6 kids, aged 2-75. The kids loved the house size and different gathering areas, playing hide and seek each night we were there. The electronic games were fun, as was the pool table. The main bathroom is in an awkward central location but two additional half baths make this considerably less important. The dressing room was a big hit for getting ready, well lit with great mirrors.Plenty of towels and bedding provided.There is plenty of seating for meals. A built-in oven, nice side by side frig, microwave, dishwasher, lots of plates, bowls, cups, glasses and silverware. The cooktop has been replaced by a good sized griddle and a separate two burner hot plate. This configuration was a bit challenging for our large family meals but we figured it out. There was an ice machine on the counter and the frig also had water/ice but we never used those.The theatre room was incredible. There were several streaming services ready to go and we watched the final game of the World Cup on the movie screen.The house was clean and the host was easy to reach and check in & out went smoothly.

If you’re looking for a traditional house this isn’t for you. There’s really no “normal” bedrooms and only one bathroom with a shower/tub which also serves as a central pass-through to 2 main sections of the house. So if someone’s showering you’re shut off from half the house.That said, the entertainment space was unparalleled, perfect for our group of 3 families with teens after a softball tournament. The girls said it’s the perfect house to play hide and seek, a lot of weird home design choices that will keep you guessing. Overall, it was clean and a great stay!
