Newly renovated historic home on Bryden Rd. 5 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens, 2 twins, 1 pull out sofa, 1 modular couch that can form a full bed). Large kitchen with an island. Fenced in backyard with brick patio. Separate laundry room on first floor next to the kitchen. Master suite included with a connected private full bathroom and walk in closet. Very large finished attic space with a large king bed and sleeper sofa as well as a large walk in closet. 3 parking spaces in the backyard as well as driveway on the side of the home which can house more vehicles – about 2 if necessary.

Our stay was delightful! The house is stunning both inside and out. Samantha was an amazing host from the very beginning, and thanks to her, we were able to enjoy one of the most beautiful weekends of our lives. We got married nearby and then celebrated a beautiful and intimate reception in the backyard of the house. It was truly beyond words

Awesome place, comfortable beds, check-in/out was the best we’ve ever had. It was tough to cool the place at first but after the first night it was great.

Summer Wedding Weekend

Great location for all our wedding events and 10 minutes from the airport. Quiet neighborhood and walkable. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio and firetable.Thanks!

Spacious home, great location.

We had a conference nearby at capital university. The house was perfect- it had everything we needed, didn’t expect us to do much when we left and the host was very easy to work with.

Gorgeous home!

The house was very clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. It has a huge dinning room table that seats six, which was wonderful. The back yard area was larger than I thought and our dog loved that! Beds were very comfortable. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Clean and big

This was by far the cleanest rental we have stayed in to date. Beds are comfortable and lots of space. The only downside is seating. There's room to sleep 12 but can only comfortably seat 5-6 in the living room. We managed with dinning room chairs and had a great time. Location is close to everything downtown. This is a big spacious house. Would return if in the area.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This neighborhood is so special. This home is in a historic district with the entirety of Bryden Road being preserved to stay special and unique to Columbus amongst many other neighborhoods that are flooded with modern fixer uppers. The East Market is a particularly welcome addition to the neighborhood, and we highly suggest you check it out for their amazing food selection. This area is very family friendly! If you're looking for an activity with the kiddos the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens are a couple blocks away!

This is a historic brick home with an updated interior to help celebrate the home and neighborhood's history while providing modern comforts. We have a beautiful fenced in back yard with brick patio and plenty of seating as well as a fire pit for those cozy fall and summer nights.
