Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this inviting space features modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and a Smart TV for all your entertainment needs. Main Street’s lively shops and dining are just a short drive away, and Barefoot Landing is only 10 minutes by car. Start your day with complimentary starter kit of coffee, relax in the shared outdoor seating area, and take advantage of the convenient shared washer and dryer, along with an outdoor rinse-off station for easy clean-up after beach adventures.



The Space:

Welcome to your second-floor unit (#4)! Enjoy convenient access with a secure lock code and two assigned parking spots. Please help keep a peaceful atmosphere for the guests below by being mindful of noise.



Bedrooms

This unit includes two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed with fresh linens, a luggage rack, Smart TV, mobile phone charging ports, and a wardrobe or closet with hanging rod and storage shelf. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Bathroom

The unit includes one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo, stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, sample toiletries, and a hair dryer for your convenience. *Note: One set of bath towels is provided per guest. Please bring your own beach towels, as bath towels are for in-unit use only.*



Kitchen

Enjoy the flexibility of cooking your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring:



- Appliances: Keurig coffee maker (starter K-Cups and sugar included), refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave

- Cookware & Utensils:** Pots, pans, baking sheet, cutting board, and cooking utensils

- Dinnerware: Cups, wine glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, and silverware

- Extras: Toaster, hot water kettle, and blender

Other Things to Note:

🐾 Pet Policy
We’re happy to host well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them crated or kenneled if left alone. Pets aren’t allowed on beds or furniture, and please don’t use our towels or linens for them. Extra cleaning fees will apply if we find evidence of pets on furniture or bedding. Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 charge.



🚗 Parking Info
Please note: we can’t accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or more than two motorcycles per parking space. Additional parking passes are not available. Only park in designated areas—no parking on neighboring lawns, swells, or driveways. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests are responsible for any tickets or fines.



🚭 No Smoking
All of our properties are smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. If smoking is allowed outside, please do so away from the building and dispose of all materials properly. Extra cleaning charges apply if not followed.



📅 Cancellations & Early Departures
We do not offer refunds for early departures or no-shows.



🛠 Report Issues Quickly
If something isn’t right during your stay, let us know right away so we can help make it right.



🧺 Towels
Beach towels should be left in the unit at checkout—missing ones will be charged at $50 each. Please don’t use bath towels for spills, makeup, or messes. If towels are permanently stained, a replacement fee will apply.



🏡 Shared Property Notice

This is a 4-unit complex, so you'll be sharing certain spaces—including the lounge area, laundry area, and grills—with other guests. Please be courteous and respectful when using these shared amenities. If you experience excessive noise or any disturbances, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help make your stay more comfortable.
