This Waterfront 2 bedroom Condo is open concept space with all modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances and amenities. Sit back in the large bright living space and enjoy the comfort of this amazing condo. The two bedrooms have a comfy queen size bed in each room and plenty of closet and storage space. The bathroom has a large tiled shower, tub and vanity. The Condo if fully air conditioned for your comfort and enjoyment. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools for your enjoyment as well as a table with 4 chairs for your dining convenience. The large waterfront balcony is breathtaking and will be a tempting part of your time spent in this beautiful loft condo.
There is also a complimentary washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a smart TV as well as free wifi throughout the condo.

All guests have full access to the waterfront 2 Bedroom condo.
Also full access to the waterfront beach and green space.

We live in the condo building next door and are always close by if guests require anything.

This Waterfront Condo is located right on the Charlottetown Waterfront. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sailboats and cruise ships sail by.
It is located right next to the Charlottetown Yacht Club where you can dine, shop, or just relax and enjoy all the Waterfront has to offer.
The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo door taking you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that the downtown Charlottetown area has to offer.
It is located only two blocks, a five minute walk, from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops.

This beautiful Condo has everything to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.
This is a very quiet property.
Quiet time is 9 pm - 8am is strictly enforced.
No Parties or large gatherings.
Only registered guests during quiet times.
1 Pet allowed up to 25lb
Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds and cannot be left unattended.
