This newly built boutique loft is a one-of-a-kind gem in the City of Peterborough. Professionally designed architecture completed with vaulted ceilings, exposed red brick, and wood beams is sure to impress.
2 Queen beds; Both with brand new linens and new memory foam mattresses.
This loft suite can accommodate up to 5 guests but it most suitable for 4. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed (can sleep 2), another queen bed in the upper floor that can also sleep 2, and a sofa that can sleep if necessary.
There are other units in this boutique loft apartment. You will be sharing common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and stairwells.
Centrally located in Downtown Peterborough on Simcoe Street, less than a 5 minute walk away from Otonabee River and Trans Canada Trail (280m). Less than 10-15 minutes to Peterborough Municipal Airport (10.2km) and Peterborough Regional Health Centre (2.8km).
Groceries, LCBO, shopping, restaurants, eateries, and pharmacies are all within 5-10 minutes.
Many parks and attractions are within walking and driving distance. Walk, bike or hike through the Trans Canada Trail, Rogers Cove (1.7km), James Stevenson Park (1.1km), Beavermåead Park & Beach (2.5km) and more. Spend the day to explore The Art Gallery of Peterborough (1.3km) and The Canadian Canoe Museum (2.6km).
Kawartha Golf Club (4.6km) and Liftlock Golf Club (2.1km) within a 10 minute drive.

Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
Security Deposit: A refundable $250 security deposit is required at booking
Please note that the individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends.
3. No smoking indoors. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. **Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests**
4. No pets. **Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.**
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
6. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. **$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules**
**Reservation Extension Policy:
Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.
7. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
8. LOST KEYS & FOB are subject to a $500 replacement fee. Lost keys and fobs cause disruptions in operations and could affect following guest reservations.
8a. MAIL & DELIVERY. Please note that all mail and parcel deliveries should be noted to be “left at the door”. The neighbourhood mailbox requires a key that is not accessible to guests. A $50 service call fee will be charged for mail that needs to be retrieved from the neighbourhood mailbox.
9. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.
10. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
11. Turn off all light when not in use.
12. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
13. Garbage room is in the basement, located at the end of the alleyway/courtyard through the door and down the stairs to the basement. **You will need the unit fob to access and go through the basemnt door**.
Please DO NOT dispose of garbage in the alleyway. The alleyway is monitored by CCTV and any dumping in the alleyway will result in a $200 fine.
14. Waste is to be disposed of properly and sorted to city regulation in the garbage and recycling bins. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort waste correctly.**
15. Please do not move furniture or décor. Furniture and décor is to remain in its original place at the time of check-out.
16. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
