This brand new 1 bed/1 bath guesthouse, finished with brand new stainless steel appliances and modern finishes, comes fully equipped for short and long-term stays. The perfect spot for business travellers, solo trips or for your next getaway with a partner
Located directly across the Sunset Marina Yacht Club, golf courses and all the amenities that the Essex Region has to offer. Conveniently located 5 mins and 13 mins to Essex and Dominion Golf Club and just 15 mins to Downtown Windsor.
This charming home has undergone a complete designer makeover from head to toe; filled with brand new updates, modern appliances and a designers touch. You'll love surely feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door.
This unit is a brand new addition to the main home with a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, living space and its own washer and dryer.
The bedroom is complete with a Queen sized bed, brand new linens, new memory foam mattress and room darkening curtains.
This unit can accommodate up to 3 guests but is most suitable for solo travellers or a couple. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed that can sleep up to 2, and the living room has a couch that can sleep 1 if necessary.
Check-in with secure smart lock code that is sent to you prior to arrival. This unit is private and not shared.
The main house is a 4 bed/3 bath, with a patio and large backyard space with a fire pit, that may also be occupied by guests. If you're interested in booking both the main home and this unit, please inquire!

Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
â€A fully refundable $150 security deposit is required. It is collected securely through our trusted property management system and covers incidents such as intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs.
â€Guests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform.
â€Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.
â€Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends.
3. No smoking indoors. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. **Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests**
4. No pets. **Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $200.00 fine charged to guests.**
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
6. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. **$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules**
**Reservation Extension Policy:
Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.
7. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
8. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
9. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.
10. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
11. Turn off all light when not in use.
12. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
13. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage, recycling and compost inside the unit to the appropriate outdoor bins. The garbage bins are located at the side of the home.
14. Waste is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation in the outdoor garbage, recycling and compost bins. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.**
15. Please do not move furniture or décor. Furniture is to remain in its original place at the time of check-out.
16. A security deposit will be collected to cover specific incidents such as lost or unreturned keys/fobs, or damage to/staining of household linens. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met.
