This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, full size sleeper sofa, dedicated workspace, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and deck access.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Guests are asked to leave one parking spot on the right of the driveway open to the Sunshine Retreat guests.
• This home is a sister unit to Sunshine Retreat, also located on the property. You may encounter other guests coming and going during your stay.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 55 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. A flat pet fee of $180 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the front door, actively monitoring the front entrance. The second is located on the back door, actively monitoring the back entrance.

This home is a sister unit to Sunshine Retreat and Sunshine Getaway, both also located on the property. You may encounter other guests coming and going during your stay.
