SpaceNeedleNest: Retro Chic-Free Parking-Rooftop

Beautifully appointed contemporary condominium is located inside one of the original Seattle buildings. It offers all historic charm and modern conveniences. Hand selected furniture, carefully procured art pieces by local artists, soothing colors and lush finishes create a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the multitude of attractions nearby.

Rooftop:

Day or night, the rooftop at Montreux is truly spectacular. The Space Needle is front-and-center, making for an incredible photo backdrop with Family and Friends.

Free Parking:

After several years of hosting guests, we've realized the onsite parking garage is not suitable for many guests. (It's cramped, confusing, and generally unpleasant to park a car in)

We're always looking for ways to provide a more seamless guest experience, so we booked a parking space at a lot just around the corner from the building where you'll be staying.

We offer one (1) free parking space per reservation.

Enter this location at 501 Denny Way. This is the 501 Denny Way lot, operated by Diamond Parking Services. It is located on the South side of Denny Way. between 5th Ave. and Taylor Ave.

Great stay!

Check in was super easy, with the owner providing a lot of information prior to our stay. The location is conveniently located near the space needle and other Seattle attractions. Great stay and no complaints!

Cute little condo in an amazing location. The rooftop access is the best part of this rental. Sunset views of the Space Needle were fantastic. Wonderful French bakery just around the corner. Host was very responsive.

The location was great. The place was smaller but it was plenty for what we needed. We were able to walk everywhere that Seattle has to offer.

I think the name said it all, a lovely nest. We were able to walk to the space needle, see IMAX , so many activities there for myself and my grandsons. Many restaurants close by. The big plus was the parking underground which is included in your stay having that freedom to know your vehicle is safe and you're belonging. Priceless.. one last thing, the bed was so comfortable.

Sisters Trip

The condo was great! It was perfect for the 3 of us! It was just like in the photos! The host thought of everything to make our stay perfect, like a hair dryer, curling iron, shampoo and body wash! Location was great! We would definitely stay again!

The condo was small but the location was great. The air conditioner was a floor unit with a vent tube running out the window. It was not on when we arrived and the place was broiling. After getting it set, it dropped the temp down pretty quickly, but it was noisy.

Great location

This property was a great landing pad for our group of 4 visiting Seattle! Easy walking distance to multiple attractions, including the Space Needle and the Museum of Pop Culture. Also, the rooftop view is as spectacular as the pictures show!One thing to note is that there is no doorway between the "bedroom" and the living area of the apartment. This isn't necessarily a problem but is something to be aware of if you're traveling in a larger group and using the sofa bed.The included parking spot is also close by and convenient -- we did have trouble accessing the first day, but were able to resolve with the help of the host.Thank you, Emma, for a wonderful stay!

Nice little apartment in Belltown

In general, I was pleased with my stay here. The hosts provide free parking in an indoor garage a few blocks away, and were gracious about letting us park a few hours before check in and remain parked a few hours after check out. Hosts were responsive and polite. The location in Belltown was ideal, and the price was reasonable.I had a few minor concerns: the listing is for a 1-bedroom apartment, but the "bedroom" is an alcove just big enough for the bed, with no door- slightly close quarters if you have two guests who are not sharing a bed. Also I could not access the gym using the code provided; there was a spot where something sticky had been spilled on the apartment floor; and some kitchen cabinet hinges were broken. All in all though, I was glad to find this place and I enjoyed my stay.

While I know that Seattle is expensive, for the price I expected much much much nicer. This should be listed at half the price even in the Seattle market. It wasn't terrible, I just could have had a much nicer room in a nearby hotel for a similar price and not had to walk 3 blocks away to park. Cons:Inaccurately listed as 1 bedroom rather than studio. The fold out couch bed was only functional in that you could technically unfold it, but you could not sleep on it. One section of the studio perpetually vibrated (I assumes a neighbors AC unit was responsible). The space was clean, but not in good repair (cabinet door hanging on one hinge, the refrigerator made a constant whirring chirping noise, outlet near bed needs to be replaced)Parking garage not really "right around the corner."No coffee filters for the coffee maker provided. Pros: Nice walkable neighborhood.Quiet at nightThe roof patio was pleasant.
