This house was perfect for our fishing weekend!!! maybe next time we will be able to stay the whole time. Amy checked on us to make sure the house was what we expected and messaged AND tested to make sure we knew about the mandatory evacuation. Thanks for a great place to stay and making sure we were safe!!!

We had a great stay here over our kids spring break! Everything was just as described and so easy to work with! Would definitely recommend! We always love staying in the Avon area!!

The owners were amazing to work with. The house was so beautiful! Unfortunately our stay was cut short because of a hurricane, but the owners were so communicative and helpful with everything we needed to do. The house was better than the pictures, super clean and so spacious. I highly recommend this house!

Please, If you looking a place for magic vacation with your family, you should rent this house.A little bit of exercise because stairs but they provide toddlers gate for safety.I wish the elevator works, bc could make things easier with luggage.All what you need just in one place.Thank you

Great house, great location, family friendly!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful stay at this home! We had a mix of grandparents, siblings, spouses, and children ranging from 10 years old to just 5 months. The house was incredibly kid-friendly — we were especially thrilled to find a jumper for our youngest, who is eager to walk before crawling! The variety of toys and games was a big hit with the kids.We love staying on the canal/sound side, and this home’s covered dock was perfect — the older children spent hours trying to catch crabs and fish. The layout of the house worked beautifully for multiple families sharing one space.On our first day, we accidentally locked ourselves out, and the owners were quick and kind in helping us get back in — a great first impression! We would absolutely consider returning to this home in the future.

Very spacious! Large rooms. Lots of options to relax with 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen nook, game table, several outdoor decks, the dock, outdoor picnic table, etc. We only had 7 people and this house could easily accommodate double that. The kids loved all the toys, games and TVs. There were plenty of dishes, everything we needed to cook and eat. We loved being able to kayak out the canal and in the sound. I really can’t think of anything else we would have needed. The views from the decks and windows were absolutely stunning, especially of the sunset over the sound. The host was very responsive. We didn’t have any problems, just some questions about crabbing. Avon was a great location. We were able to explore North to Manteo and Kitty Hawk and all the way South to Okracoke from Avon. The community is so peaceful. Definitely recommend and we look forward to going back soon.
