Balancing a growing business while raising kids has its challenges — from coordinating turnovers between school pick-ups to answering guest messages while juggling bedtime routines — but it’s also incredibly rewarding. We chose to base our homes near the University of Rochester because it’s a vibrant, welcoming part of the city with a great mix of culture, education, and community. Being close to the university makes it convenient for visiting families, students, and professionals, while still offering the peaceful, safe neighborhoods we value as a family ourselves.

We love that guests can enjoy easy access to the university, local shops, parks, and restaurants — all within a short drive or even a walk — without feeling like they’re in the middle of a busy city. It allows us to provide both convenience and comfort, the same balance we strive for in our own family life.
