The place is a cozy 2 bedroom apartment in Pineville. The neighborhood is quiet and the community is friendly, even the neighborhood cats.

While a minimalist stay, the place is stocked with your essentials such as cooking utensils, basic seasonings, cozy linens and shampoo in case you left yours at home.

The place is within 10 minutes of most shopping centers, movie theater, target, Walmart and local grocery stores. The next town over has a zoo, mall and all your day to day needs.

This place is great for professionals who would rather stay in a hotel or families visiting relatives.

The neighborhood is near Red River which is shown in the listing photos. The unit is about a 5-10 minute walk to the riverfront. The area is great for morning or evening walks. The neighborhood is very safe as there are mostly families and elderly that are in the area.

***The TV is actually a projector. It has a fire stick connected and does not require anything else for use! You just point it at the wall and turn it on. Feels old fashioned and we love it! They do not have that option to select on the listing so please be mindful when booking***

no TV, view of river not from apartment

The apartment as a whole was small but nice. It did not have a TV which for us was very disappointing. (I didn't notice TV was not listed among the amenities) It did have a projector but nothing to hook up the projector to; it is an unfair assumption that guest will come prepared to use a projector for entertainment. The pictures in the listing looking down over the river is NOT from the apartment but rather from the neighborhood, which is a 5 minute walk to and up the levee. The apartment location is in the old part of downtown and while the area may be very safe the fact that the air conditioning unit (yes, the AC unit of all things) was chained down and padlocked leaves one with doubts about safety. Considering all of these factors we chose not to stay in the apartment and immediately left the area.
