Welcome to this beautiful , bright and spacious apartment in the heart of Budapest. Right next to the Opera house and Andrassy avenue. The apt has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which makes it comfortable enough for two couples travelling together , or a family. The two rooms is combined by a kitchen and living area where you can sit together and make up your Daily schedule.


The apartment is heated with floor heating during winter and can be cooled down with ac during summer.

The apt is located on the street called Dessewffy utca not far away from the big beautiful Opera house . In the area you Will find nice cafés and bars such as grocerystores and public transportations. Walkingdistance to all major sights.

Because of its central location the easiest Way of travelling around the city are by feet or public transportation. Or why not rent a bike from one of all the cities bikerentals?

4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Help us keep our neighbours happy by staying quiet in the staircase.

5. Pets:As much as we love animals, we ask you to not bring any pets into the house. This way we can maintain a clean and allergy-free environment.

6. Check-Out: Check-out time is 10 AM. Please leave the house as you found it.

7. Trash: Please dispose of trash in the bins provided and empty the fridge of all perishable foods.
