We have stayed at plenty of short-term rentals, for work and pleasure, and wanted to create a beautiful, comfortable, convenient home where you could sleep well, hang out, and get work done if needed. We have a toddler, so are particularly attentive to the needs of parents. I get an irrational sense of joy when guests tell me they love our house and had an awesome stay. Happy guests truly make my day.

This neighborhood is close to downtown, yet quiet, safe, and family-oriented. We love how close it is to Applegate Trailhead (and therefore Coler Mountain Bike Preserve) and the Native American Museum. Also, for any needs you might have, the Walmart Supercenter is just a few minutes away.

Many Airbnbs furnish with Ikea-quality furniture and we went the opposite direction. Our couches are genuine buttery leather. The beds are solid wood, with high quality Serta Posturepedic mattresses. We wanted our guests to have a beautiful experience, so we splurged on details such as lovely and ample lighting, and high-quality materials like leather and wood.

Fragrance-free, dye-free, preservative-free cleaners mean that you (and your little ones, if you have any) won't be bombarded with artificial scents and other needless harsh chemicals that you will find in most homes. We care about your health: our mattresses are CertiPUR-US Certified (no VOCs, mercury, and phthalates).

Accessibility is also something important to me. Our house has no stairs or steps, wide openings, wide hallways, and we've outfitted it with toilet support bars and threshold ramps.
