This welcoming complex features both an outdoor and an indoor pool, catering to swimming preferences in any weather. Guests can indulge in relaxation with the outdoor hot tubs, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities or exploration. For families, the kiddie pool provides a safe and fun environment for the little ones to enjoy the water. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the tennis court, which is also lined for pickleball and features a basketball hoop for added recreation. Pelican Pointe also includes a well-equipped fitness room for those who wish to keep up with their exercise routine during their stay. PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
