Discover a unique opportunity to own this private combined two-unit property on 3 acres in peaceful Rutland Town. Each unit boasts an inviting open-concept layout, perfect for modern living.
The first-floor unit is updated recently, features three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large deck for enjoying summer days and outdoor relaxation.
The second-floor unit (access via outside stairs) has been beautifully renovated, with stunning vaulted ceilings and a spacious kitchen island topped with elegant quartz countertops. This unit offers two bathrooms, including a large primary suite with its own half bath. Additional rollaway bed is provided.
Both units include washer/dryer hookups, pellet stoves, filtered drinking water, and of course efficient heating and electrical systems.
