Inredda av en professionell inredare, rymlig, fullt möblerad och utrustad med toppmoderna faciliteter strandpromenad lyxlägenhet på första våningen i Sunset Boulevard i Grand Bay med fantastisk utsikt över den magnifika lagunen och den vackra stranden bredvid den.

3 luftkonditionerade sovrum med eget badrum med toalett och dusch. Sovrummet med sin king size-säng har ett eget badrum med badkar och öppnar på balkongen med direkt utsikt, omedelbart över lagunen. Det andra luftkonditionerade sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Det tredje sovrummet med sina två enkelsängar har ett eget badrum. Det stora luftkonditionerade vardagsrummet öppnar sig på balkongen. Yta på cirka 176m2

Views, comfort, location, awesome!

Having a prime location in the middle of Grand Bay, with views to die for, immediately, on arrival we felt fantastic. Our host Chris was so helpful and a wealth of knowledge regarding beaches, restaurants and shopping. We arrived and felt like we were at home. The apartment has everything, including a cleaner who is super sweet. The decoration, interior and fitting are all clean and new. The flat is also spacious enough to have a few couples or a large family stay. There was no feeling of being in a rental because of clever decoration and attention to detail. The fact you can walk everywhere from the flat as well and being within easy distance to everything makes it so easy. We look forward to going back soon. We cannot wait to enjoy our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the bay very soon. Scott 😊👍 Scott

Absolutely amazing. Serene, quiet, great sunsets, relaxing and great attention to our needs

The property is first rate. Fully equipped with everyting you could need. Great housekeeper who looked after you very well inclusive of a beautiful meal on our arrival. Close to all shops and restaurants. The property manager Christopher makes sure you have everything you require and is only a phone call or message away. All the major tourist attractions are in the south of Mauritius, you will need a hire car or taxi to get you around. Christopher can assist with both. This does not take away anything from this property. All the best beaches are in close proximity with Mon Choisy being the best. Would recommend this property to all. We would guarantee you have a great holiday

Amazing view and perfect location!

Wow! We had an amazing week! Relaxing on the balcony anytime of day offers an amazing view, but you cannot beat the sunset from the balcony in the evening. The location is perfect as you can walk to restaurants, the grocery, shops and the beach. The spacious apartment has everything you need including beach towels and your basic needs for the first morning (juice, coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam, fruits, etc). Chris also had Uma prepare a delicious meal for us our first evening. We asked her to repeat the same meal later in the week. Uma came each day to clean and also washed our laundry when asked. Thanks!

We have 3 labradors and love hiking and mountain biking in the sugar cane fields in Mauritius. We love meeting guests from all over the world and getting to know new cultures! We manage other beautiful bungalows/villas and apartments in Pointe D'Esny, Roches Noires and Grand Baie. Do not hesitate to ask us about these properties as well!

Airy, recently refreshed and tastefully decorated by an interior designer with views over the turquoise lagoon of Grand Baie with a wide balcony facing the ocean. Master bedroom view and access to balcony. All facilities and fully equipped kitchen and superb beddings. Direct access to the beach. Quiet, yet close to bars and restaurants, catamarans and deep-sea fishing. Covered parking space with 24hr camera and security monitoring. Private jetty and beach just 100m at the end of the quay.
