Its orientation (south to southwest) and the fact that it has windows everywhere secures the ideal amount of sunshine for the whole season and provides a breathtaking view of green gardens and the seafront terrace.

The villa has two comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedroom has a bathroom equipped with a shower. All bathrooms are tiled with Volos pink marble.

Its large terrace (106 s.m.), which offers its guests much needed privacy, has a private pool 6x6 s.m., a sunbathing area, with a parasol and sun lounges.
