Get ready to relax in this delightful 2-bedroom, two loft bedroom cabin on the Clarion River. The cabin is fully off grid using solar and back up propane generator. No neighbors make this a tranquil place to get back to nature as bald eagles sore past. The river is a national scenic river with great fishing. Boat launch can be found 1/4 mile up stream at the Robin Island campground. The cabin is off grid with solar and generator electric with fire place and in-floor heating. Enjoy gravity flow mountain spring water for cleaning and cooking. The outdoor fire pit area has breathtaking views down river. This lovely property features 2 queen beds, 2 full bed bunks, 1 futon, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a serene getaway. heating to keep you cozy and a bathroom with a shower, this cabin offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please limit leaving only 2 garbage bags. $35 will be charged for every additional one. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

We enjoyed are stay at this Beautiful cabin! My husband and our 4 kids had plenty of space and the view of the river from the front porch was amazing! We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect long weekend getaway for my husband, mother, father, brother, sister-in-law, and 10 year old nephew. It gave us a chance to disconnect from media devices and reconnect with each other and nature. My nephew is majorly into online gaming so we were a little worried how he would fare, but he had a great time! The owner made sure I knew how to get in contact with him or someone else in case we needed anything. Overall just a wonderful experience!

Beautiful property. Great front porch, fabulous view, firepit area was awesome. It does get warm upstairs, and the single bathroom could be a challenge for some (wasn't for us). Only thing that would have made it better was direct river access, but there is a place just down the road aways. Kitchen had basics, and the simplicity of the layout made it easy to pack up without leaving things behind. Porch was great for our 1 year old grandson to crawl around on and was perfect for morning coffee and a rainy afternoon.

This cozy cabin was perfect for the 4 of us. Very quiet during the day and even more at night. We were a little bummed to not see a Keurig and a blackstone grill shown in the pictures, there is a regular pot coffee machine and a propane grill. Overall it was a perfect little cabin.

Very clean well stocked house completely off the grid. No wifi or cell service inside. No fans or air. So bring your own fan. And the generator works well. An ample amount of firewood to start. Plenty of chairs to enjoy a fire.

Had a wonderful time. Cabin is beautiful! Was a little concerned with the solar panel situation ( never delt with before) as we were stuck inside due to weather and amount of people in group using electricity but the system worked great! Never needed to use the back up system! Great weekend getaway

Bachelorette Weekend

We had an amazing weekend celebrating our friend’s bachelorette party at this beautiful cabin! It was spotless, easy to find, and had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. The perfect setting for a fun and memorable getaway! We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Great for kayaks

Beautiful cabin in an extremely private setting. We floated and fished every day then sat on the porch and watched eagles and other wildlife.

Great little cabin right on the river. Super cozy with a lot of attention to detail in the finishes. Surrounded by nature and the front deck or fire pit area is your living room, it really helps you reconnect. No WiFi and very little phone service is exactly what I enjoy when in this area. Great for a few couples or two small/1 large family!

Beautiful spot, the view of the river is not overstated! The whole area is breathtaking--I love the northern PA mountains and the snow that comes with it in winter. If you have a large group, make sure you plan a lot of outdoor time, since the cabin itself doesn't have a lot of indoor "hanging out" area. Clint was very accommodating, communicative and nice to work with. He's also local, which is great. Even though the cabin is "off-grid" you really won't think about it much as far as electric, hot water, stove, etc. Shower/bathroom were great, even with a larger group.

Rustic glam off-the-grid cabin. Very comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed. You’ll need some basics like a hair dryer, and there’s no microwave, but there is a full sized propane stove with oven. No wifi and minimal cell service, but that’s the good part! The owner had thoughtfully provided some games and cards.

Family Getaway

The property was great and easy to check in/out. We had a great time and it was beautiful. It was so nice to get away from our phones and have a fun time together. We loved the fire pit area! When the sun got too hot we all loved to hangout on the massive front porch looking out at the beautiful view of the river. Just a few things we think might be helpful for future stays- There were a few things the cabin lacked to have a broom/dust pan and pot holders that would’ve been helpful to have at the cabin. There weren’t any crockpots, and when we tried to use the oven it would not fully heat up when we tried to make some dips and homemade pizza. We weren’t sure if it had to do with the generator or not. We were able to use the grate over the campfire to heat things up as well as our blackstone that we brought. The fridge space was very small for how much food we brought for 11 people for 3 days! The space for sleeping 11 people was great though. Definitely bring your own fans if staying in summertime! There was only one ceiling fan in the cabin. No AC, but cooled down well at night with the windows open and fans running. Thankfully we brought 3 fans. We would recommend this property to others!

Clint has done a tremendous job with this property and described it to a T. Only recommendation for those coming during summer months would be to bring a few window or box fans.We will definitely be returning!!
