This home features Central A/C, a pretty electric fireplace, high speed internet & a BBQ.

On the main floor you will find a highly upgraded kitchen (stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry), fully stocked with all the dishes, cutlery, cooking tools, pots, pans & small appliances needed to cook like a master chef during your stay. There is an eating bar along one side of the kitchen with space for 2 to sit and enjoy a meal, and behind that a dining table with seating for 8 people.
The main floor also includes a cozy living room with a couch, 3 chairs, electric fireplace & wall mounted TV. This level is complete with a 1/2 bathroom for convenience and a dedicated work space perfect to set up your laptop on, or for the kids to do their homework or activities.
The front and back entrances give ample space for coming and going, with closets for jackets and racks for your shoes. Off the back door you will find a fully fenced back yard, raised deck with a natural gas BBQ and a path leading you to the double detached garage.
On the top level you will find a spacious master bedroom with a queen sized bed, walk in closet, wall mounted TV and a luxurious spa inspired master ensuite. The ensuite has 2 sinks and a huge vanity, a soaker tub and separate stand up shower.
There are 2 additional bedrooms on the top floor, each with a queen bed, closets and night stands. The top level is finished with another generously sized full bathroom with a tub/shower, sink, vanity, bright lighting and toilet.
The basement is fully finished to give you ample space to spread out in this house. There is a second living space / open concept 4th bedroom with a TV, and a queen bed To finish it off, there is also a beautiful 4 piece bathroom and full size washer and dryer in the basement. A twin cot bed has been added for extra sleeping space, it is conveniently stored in the basement for your use if needed.
