Located in Residential El Cielo, the condo complex offers a serene oasis for your vacation. Peaceful and secure environment allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of Playa del Carmen, while being just a short distance from the vibrant city and beach.

Condominium complex completely safe and private. You will have access to the entire apartment + 1 free parking space on-site. No washer/dryer available.

Power outages and WIFI disruptions in Mexico are normal. They are not frequent but sometimes they do occur. Storms or heavy rainfall may also disrupt Internet service. While we try our best to remedy this as soon as possible with local telecom company, Host is not responsible. Thank you for understanding..

1. No pets, no parties, no smoking, no illegal activity.
2. Please leave the home in the same condition as you receive it.
3. Damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest.
4. Do not put toilet paper down the toilets in Mexico (please use the waste bin)
5. Please turn off lights and AC when not in use.
6. A starter kit of toilet paper and soap is provided, after which guests must provide their own.
