This is it! Welcome to relaxation! This home, newly renovated and decorated with a coastal flare is perfect for your getaway to Cape Coral. This wonderful property boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, a heated pool with waterfall feature, and a cozy lanai.
As you enter the home, youâll find the open floor plan is bright, cheerful, and tastefully decorated to create a cozy âat homeâ feel.
The living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows, and a blue tooth sound bar for enjoying your playlists.
Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the lanai. Step outside in the morning and enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee, then later in the day lounge poolside with refreshments at the Margaritaville themed bar while the kids have loads of fun in the pool!
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the gas grill in the pool area makes for an enjoyable cooking experience! The dining room has a pub style table that seats 4, and the eat in kitchen bar provides 2 more seats that can be used at the table if needed.
The large master bedroom has sliding glass doors to access the lanai, and the guest bathroom has a convenient pass door to the pool area.
This home is in great proximity to restaurants, local attractions, grocery stores, and of course, the beaches! Fort Meyers Beach and the beautiful beaches of Sanibel are within 20 miles. Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach and all of the south Cape Coral amenities and activities are within 5 miles. There is a grocery store within walking distance of the house. Many Fort Meyers attractions and outlet centers are within 25 miles, or hop the Key West Express from Fort Meyers and spend a day in Key West!
