This is a very special property. The house is amazing and the property beyond amazing. The serene views from the decks and wonderful hot tub provide a calm, zen like atmosphere. The home has luxury finishes, large screen TVs throughout, a huge primary bedroom and multiple spacious living areas that are super comfortable. The primary bath is like a personal spa w a striking shower/steam shower. The home is extremely well equipped and our host was very gracious. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking forward to returning.

We were in the area for a wedding and this beautiful home and property was perfect! Lots of space to hang out between events. Love the view of the pond, gardens and bay. The dining table in the sunny nook is wonderful. The kitchen is big and open. Huge main bedroom and bathroom. Great having a toto! Communication with Joe was excellent.

House was absolutely beautiful. Listing photos don’t do it justice! High end finishes, fully stocked with everything you could need. Great location on an inlet with a little patio down at water level. Easy communication with host. Would definitely VRBO here again.

Grounds were beautiful. House was beautifully decorated and clean. Our daughter and bridal party got dressed there and I'm sure the pictures will be amazing.

Quiet and clean

Joe's house was very clean and our small group was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

Joe was an amazing and kind host. The house has the most unbelievably scenic backyard, with just incredible natural wild life. Was out of a movie. The house if very well equipped for everything you need and is in an amazing location - walk to beach or to town. Really, really an amazing stay.
